Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has urged Christians to use the period of Easter to remind themselves of the virtue of honesty and selfless service which are the hallmark of Christianity.

A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Publicity Bala Dan Abu says the Governor has also advice Christians to imbibe and emulate the exemplary lessons of humility and sacrifice which Jesus teaches humanity.

It says peace in Taraba State remains the most important need of the people and calls on all citizens irrespective of tribe and religion to support the architecture of Government to make permanent peace in the state.

Governor Ishaku implore people of the state to be vigilant and report suspicious character to designated authority.
