Gov. Ishaku Hands Over Vans to Security Agencies

Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has presented the keys to the hilux vans donated by Zenith Bank to the benefiting security agencies in order to boost their operations in the State.

According to Governor Ishaku, the security of the state is top on his priority list hence the need to equip them for optimum performance.

He enjoined them to ensure that every part of the state is secured for citizens to go about their daily activities without fear or intimidation.

“Let me emphasize that you double your efforts to ensure our people live in peace without any fear of molestation” he stated.

Responding on behalf of the security agencies, Taraba state Police Commissioner Mr. David Akinremi thanked the Governor for keeping his promise of ensuring that the State is safe for all by equipping the police and their counterparts.

He assured the Governor of the readiness of the security agencies to match words with action by making Taraba safe for all and sundry.
