Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has urged the new Chief Judge of Taraba State, Justice Philibus Andhetur, to be fair to all in the dispensation of Justice.

He said from information at his disposal, he is convinced that the new Chief Judge will give a good account of himself and make the judiciary in the state proud.

He urged colleagues of the new Chief Judge to extend their Cooperation to him because the failure of the principal officer of the Judiciary is the failure of its members.

He said as a group the Judges in the state have done well and therefore the individual appointed from among them to lead would certainly not disappoint.

Governor Ishaku said in the second tenure of his administration, he would consolidate on the gains of his first tenure and called for peace so that the development of the state will continue uninterrupted.

Speaking, Justice Andhetur assured the Governor of the cooperation of the Judiciary in order to ensure the success of his rescue programme.

He said the Judiciary in the state would help the government in ensuring peace so that the rescue mission of the government would not be derailed.
