Representatives from CYNO and CCG China Construction Companies today visited Governor Darius Ishaku the Government House, Jalingo.
The team which was on its way to Sardauna Local Government Area, the site of the construction of the Mambilla Hydro Dam is made up of 8 persons with Consultant, Mr Stephane Claude Gsell as leader.
Governor Ishaku addressing them said he was notified yesterday of their visit to the site and insisted that they pass through his office so that he could make adequate arrangements for their movement as well as their safety.
The Governor informed that they were in the state on behalf of China EXIM Bank and said they wanted the dam completed quickly. He promised the team support and security cover by the government.
The meeting was attended by the deputy governor, Engr Haruna Manu, Speaker, Taraba State House of Assembly, the SSG and the Head of service.
