Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has approved the withdrawal of Mr. Samuel C. Tari from the Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution for victims of Police brutality and other Security Agencies.
This was contained in a press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Iliya Bekyu Akweh.
It states that Samuel C. Tari was among other members of the Judicial Panel inaugurated on October 22nd 2020 in Jalingo by Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku to represent the youths on the panel.
It states that the Governor withdrew the membership of Samuel C. Tari in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section two of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry Law (cap 34), Laws of Taraba state 1997.
