 The Honourable Minister of Power, Engr. Sale Mamman alongside the deputy governor, Engr. Haruna Manu at the commissioning of the Ecological Project, Federal University, Wukari – Taraba state.

Taraba state government has urged the federal government to do more ecological project in other LGAs so as to control and manage the erosion for the benefit of the state and the country at large.

The state government made the plea at the event of the commissioning and handing over of the project on erosion ecological challenges at the Federal University Wukari, Taraba state where His Excellency, Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku was ably represented by his Deputy, Engr. Haruna Manu.

Engr. Haruna Manu stressed that the importance of the project to the university community cannot be over-emphasized as it is expected to address the devastating effects of erosion and flood menace in the University.

The project which was executed by the federal government through the Ecological Fund Office and office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) was formally commissioned by the Honourable Minister of Power, Engr. Sale Mamman.
