Water Infrastructure: Gov. Ishaku Bags Another Award as ‘Governor of the Year 2020’

His Excellency, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku, the Governor of Taraba ably represented by his Deputy, Engr. Haruna Manu has today mounted the podium and bagged an award as Governor of the Year in Water Infrastructure because of his knack for providing portable water and other key infrastructure to the state.

This is not coming as a surprise because the Governor in previous times, was recognised for his developmental strides in providing infrastructures across the state and received a prestigious award as the ‘Waterman of the Year’ for his relentless commitment towards the provision of potable water across the state.

The Governor has also deepened agriculture in the state through sustainable irrigation system, making sure water and other allied infrastructure are accessible in the state.

The event which took place at Eko Hotel, Lagos state and organised by the Daily Independent Newspaper had amongst the delegation of the Governor Honorable commissioners and other top government officials.
