Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku has today sworn in 10 New Permanent Secretaries. The Governor charged them to be service-minded and to put in their best in delivering the Rescue mandate in their various ministries.

The Governor on the same occasion distributed Hilux Vans to Security agencies and MDAs in the state, disclosing that the vehicles are to ease their movement and to enable them to deliver on their services to the state.
He however warned that on no account should these vehicles be used for other purposes than office assignment as that will not be tolerated by anyone who is found doing such.

The Permanent Secretaries and their ministries are as follows:-

Mr. John Audu – Rural Development
Mr. Godfrey Dame – Water resources
Mr. Yusuf Usman – Agricultural and Natural Resources
Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed – Political/General Services
Engr. Bryson Ben – Special Duties
Mr. Benjamin Chiji – Manpower Development
Mr. Fabuin Mamwi – Social development
Mr. Musa Kinda – Science and Technology
Elder. Yaboro Ibrahim – Government House Administration
