Agbu Kefas Receives Report; Commends Committee His Excellency, Dr. Agbu Kefas received the much-anticipated report of the Kuteb/Fulani peace committee. The committee, headed by Rev. Yakubu Shamaki, was entrusted with the crucial responsibility of finding lasting solutions to the ongoing crisis between the Kuteb and Fulani communities. Despite the earnest efforts of the government and security agencies, communities continue to grapple with unsettling attacks and forced displacements. The committee, after meticulous examination, put forth special recommendations aimed at addressing the root causes of the conflict. Expressing grave concern over the clashes, the Governor underscored the paramount importance of securing the safety of both people and property. He promised to steadfastly work towards restoring the glory and harmony of Taraba State.
