His Excellency, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has received the induction course and retreat report organized for the state executive council members in FCT Abuja on 24th to 26th July, 2023 held at Nigeria Army Resource Center, in Abuja, as he complete 100 days in office.
The report which was written in parts was presented by Maj. Gen. Henry Ayamasaowei (Rtd) to the governor in the council chamber in government house, Taraba State.
Maj. Gen. Henry Ayamasaowei (Rtd) stressed that the three days induction course retreat is aimed at building the capacity of elected Representatives, appointed commissioners, sermanent Secretaries, special advisers, legislatives from the state executive cabinet, legislature and judiciary, as well as top government functionaries from ministries and agencies in Taraba State.
He further explained that the training sessions were lectures for capacity building and case studies across the 19 courses presented by experts and professional in various field of policy.
Henry said the course would also train both the old and new political leadership to refresh on efficient and effective pragmatic cabinet for the major factor that will drive the vision and plans for a new administration.
The CEO of Euclas Resources Ltd, explained that the retreat report proffer solutions on developmental challenges, comparative advantage, the developmental policies and vision of new leadership, ethical conducts and cooperation amongst the three arms of government.
According to him, to experience a secure and prosperous Taraba State, the current leadership have to implement economic development agenda for the state, improved on leadership and ethical governance, improving Public administration and revenue and budget process as well as provide peace and security among others.
