The Director General

Mr. Shinjera Jonah Magaji, the Director General, Bureau of Public Procurement was born on the 2nd March 1965, and he hails from Donga LGA. He is married with children. 

 Mr. Shinjere began his educational pursuit at Danzanga Primary School Donga from 1973-1979 where he enrolled into Government Secondary School Ibi between 1979-1984, he proceeded to College of Preliminary Studies Yola, Adamawa State from 1986-1989, he later proceeded to ABU Zaria from 1989-1992, and he also attended University of Jos Consultancy, Jalingo Campus from 2013 -2014.

  2. Taraba State Teaching Service Board. Education Officer 1995-1996.
  3. Taraba State Planning Commission; Planning Officer 1996-2008.

  5. Due Process Officer Government House Jalingo; Chief Planning Officer 2011-2012.

  1. Advanced Computer Appreciation Course on Windows 95 and Electronic  Data Processing System, by Information Technology  Associates Ltd, Yola Adamawa State 1997.
  2. Workshop on Monitoring and Evaluation Jointly organized by the National Planning Commission and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) at the University of Maiduguri Consultancy Service, Maiduguri. March 24th April -11, 1997.
  3. Workshop on Management of Development jointly sponsored by the State Planning commission and the United nations Development Program (UNDP) under the Aid Management Program Held at the College of Education Jalingo Taraba State October 27th-November 1997.
