Just In: Taraba Government Issues Employment Letters to Over 300 Youths

His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Taraba state, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku, ably represented by his Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Taraba state Engr. Haruna Manu officially flagged-off the issuance of employment letters to those employed by the Taraba state civil service commission as a result of his Excellency’s gracious approval.

Governor Ishaku deemed the employment exercise as not only timely but imperative in view of his magnanimity to direct for the recruitment of over 300 young officers into the civil service to fill in the existing vacancies in some selected MDAs that require attention for effective service delivery to the state.

In attendance were the Honorable commissioner of Taraba state Civil Service Commission, Hon. John Mamman; the Head of Civil Service, Mrs. Suzana J.M; Members of the Taraba state House of Assembly, Honorable Commissioners,vPermanent Secretaries and other top government officials.

The program took place today at the Jolly Nyame stadium Hall.

His Excellency, Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku today swore in the Chairman Taraba state Civil service Commission in person of Chief John Mamman and four other commissioners of the commission.

Commissioner 1. Alh. Dauda Mamman
Commissioner 2. Mr. Julius Bitako
Commissioner 3. Hon. Philip kundila
Commissioner 4. Alh. Zubairu Abubakar

Similarly, Justice Emmanuel Dodo was sworn in as a member, Taraba state Judicial Commission.

The Governor charged them to be proactive and to put a new face in the Commission

The swearing in took place at the Government House Executive Chambers Jalingo and was attended by His Excellency, the Deputy Governor, Engr. Haruna Manu; PDP National Vice Chairman North East, Chief Barr. GT Kataps; the Secretary to the State Government and others.

Civil Service Commission: Members of the Assembly Screen Nominees

Members of the Taraba State House of Assembly Committee on Justice, Judiciary and Cabinet Affairs has just screened five (5) Commissioners and Chairman of the Taraba State Civil Service Commission.

The nominees were submitted to the Assembly for screening by HE the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku.

The screened nominees include:

(a) Chief John Mamman – Chairman
(b) Dauda Mamman – Commissioner I
(c) Julius Taru Bitako – Commissioner II
(d) Philip Kundila – Commissioner III
(e) Alh. Abubakar Zubairu – Commissioner IV

Also screened was Justice Emmanuel Dodo as ex officio State Judicial Service Commission.
