PRESS RELEASE : Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to Visit Taraba State.
Vice
President Yemi Osinbajo is expected to pay a scheduled one day visit to Taraba State on Thursday August 24th, 2017. He will be received on arrival at the Jalingo Airport by His Excellency, Governor Darius Dickson Ishiaku, accompanied by Senior Officials of the Taraba State Government.
During the visit, the Vice President will commission three out of the administration’s key projects in Jalingo, namely – the Green House project, the Jalingo Primary Water Supply Scheme and Kona Road.
His Excellency, Governor Darius Dickson Ishiaku said “the visit is very important to the State because it is the first of such visit by the number two citizen of the country to the state under the present dispensation and has, therefore, enjoined the people to come out in mass to welcome the August visitor.
Vice President Osinbajo is expected to return to Abuja same day.
