Gov. Ishaku Inspects Greenhouse and Kona Dual Carriageway.

The Governor of Taraba state, Àrc. Darius Dickson Ishaku, today inspected the progress of work at the Taraba Greenhouse project which is at completion level.

Speaking to Government House Press Crew, Governor Darius Ishaku revealed that the Acting President, Professor Yemi Osibanjo is billed to come and commission the multi-billion naira project, strictly established for producing fresh vegetables for the state and the country in general.

Darius Ishaku stated that the inspection was to begin early preparation for the visit of the Acting President Professor Yemi Osibanjo which has been fixed for the 10th of August and to quickly kick-start early preparation so that all that would be needed during his visit would be readily put in place.

He disclosed that the Greenhouse project which is the first of its kind in North East region will be commissioned by the Acting President and some roads that were constructed by the present administration.

Also inspected today by Governor Darius Ishaku was the Roadblock to Kona road which is a dual carriageway and expressed satisfaction with the two projects and stressed that, effort will be made to effectively complete the remaining works which are mostly at finishing touches before the due date for the commissioning.

Governor Darius Ishaku was conducted round the Greenhouse project by the project engineer who doubles as the supervisor, Mr. Gill Navon in company of the Commissioners of Water Resources, Barr. Emmanuel Halan Gowon and that of Agriculture, Dr. David Ishaya Kassa.
