The Executive Governor of Taraba State, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku has approved the appointment of Associate Professor Ejika Sambo as the Provost College of Education, Zing.

This was contained in a press release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Iliya Bekyu Akweh.

It states that Ejika Sambo succeeds Dr. Mike Dio who has retired from service.

It states that until his appointment, Associate Professor Ejika Sambo was the Head of Department, Business Management at Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola – Adamawa state.

In another development, Governor Ishaku has also approved the postings of two newly appointed honourable commissioners Ishaya Obida Karim and Lawal Ibrahim to the Ministry of Cooperative and Poverty Alleviation and that of Power respectively.

The appointment and postings are with immediate effect.
