
Road Inspection: Governor Ishaku Express Satisfaction With the Level of Work Done
Taraba Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku on Friday expressed satisfaction with the level of work on the Lecheke-Pantisawa road in Yorro Local Government Area of the State.

Speaking shortly after inspecting the road, the Governor said he will ensure timely release of funds to ensure that the contractor deliver on the project timeline.
According to him, the project was slightly delayed because of issues relating to fluctuations in the prices of project materials and assured that government will beep up payment to the contractor.
The Governor charged the contractor to put in more efforts to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
Also speaking, the Contractor assured the Governor that the project will be completed in 2021, even as he assured of the delivery of quality job.
The Chief of Yorro, Alhaji Ado Manzan in his remarks thanked the Governor for approving funds for the project and said the major bridge on the road would be named DDI bridge as a mark of honour for the Governor.
Our correspondent reports that the Governor was accompanied on the trip by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Hon. Anthony Jellason and other top government officials.
