Mr. Aminu Mamman Lau the Managing Director/CEO was born on the 27^th of September 1966 and he hails from Lau LGA. He is married with nine children.

Mr. Aminu began his educational pursuit at Lau Central Primary School from 1973-1979 where he enrolled into General Mohammed Murtala Collage (GMMC) Yola between 1979-1982, also attended Government Science Secondary School Jalingo between 1982-1984 after which he proceeded to Collage of Education Jalingo from 1985-1988. He later went the University of Abuja where he obtained his BSc. in Public Admin from 1996-2002.
